Requirements

Maximus is a Chrome Extension. It works on any Chromium browser. Chrome and Brave are both supported. You’ll also need an active HyperLiquid account and an invite code to get started. Don’t have an invite code? Reach out to the team on X or grab one from the Maximus community.

Install the extension

Download Maximus from the Chrome Web Store. Once installed, the Maximus icon will appear in your browser toolbar. Open HyperLiquid and you’ll see the Maximus overlay appear on your screen.

Create your account

  1. Enter your invite code
  2. Sign up with your email address
  3. Check your inbox for a verification code and enter it to confirm your account

Connect to HyperLiquid

Once your account is created, Maximus will ask you to authorize trading on your HyperLiquid account. Your wallet will prompt you to sign a message. That signature approves a HyperLiquid agent wallet to trade on your behalf. Your funds are safe. A HyperLiquid agent wallet is a permissioned signer that can only execute trades. It cannot withdraw funds, does not hold any of your assets, and never exposes your main wallet private key. You can revoke access at any time directly from HyperLiquid.

You’re ready

Once connected, Maximus loads inside your HyperLiquid interface. Head to Your First Session to see what it can do.
